MISSION

The Red Door Foundation is an organization with the mission of promoting social awareness, unity, self- empowerment, mentorship and positive visibility throughout the Memphis/ Shelby County community of color through education, health promotion, advocacy and coalition building.

VISION

The Red Door Foundation's vision is to change the stigma about HIV/AIDS, increase the awareness in the African American community and be a catalyst for change.

OBJECTIVES

  • Network with provincial and national HIV/AIDS awareness and advocacy organization
  • Promote public awareness of HIV/AIDS
  • Provide enjoyable and safe environment for all involved in TRDF
  • Host events for those infected and affected with HIV/AIDS
  • Raise funds for assistance programs with the foundation
  • Coordinate awareness programs with the faith-based community
